  • Buy yourself a flower
    • Stress is often due to us neglecting ourselves. Have you ever bought a flower for yourself? Do it, and you will see how so many warm feelings come up in you, pushing the stress out.

  • Take a long bath
    • Taking a long warm bath is a great way to release stress. Feelings of cleanliness and renewal will help you drop stress and bring a positive attitude to your day.

  • Smile to yourself
    • We usually smile to someone when we see something good in them, or when we want to cheer them up. We often smile to others, but we forget to smile to ourselves. Smiling to yourself will immediately bring you out of the stressful state of mind.
