  • Wash the dishes
    • Washing the dishes is a very calming and relaxing work. While most people are reluctant to start it, most people actually enjoy the process. It's a great way to release stress!

  • Do some gardening
    • Working in the garden is another great way to release stress. Since the stress is on the mental level, doing physical work outside in fresh air is requires thinking and focusing on totally different things, removing the stresses associated with our usual activities.

  • Clean your house
    • Cleaning the house is one of the best ways to release stress. The process of cleaning, arranging, putting things in order helps one to put the thoughts and feelings in order as well. Looking at the result of the cleaning will make you feel good and satisfied with yourself. By the time you are done, no stress will remain.
