  • Have a nice meal
    • Often our stress is simply due to the luck of energy. One of the major sources of energy is food. If you feel stressed, have a nice meal. Use more fresh, if possible organic, vegetables and fruits, no preserved/canned/frozen stuff. But don't over eat! You will see by the end of the meal there will be no stress left in you.
