  • Go for a walk
    • Going for a walk, preferably in a nice and quiet place, away from crowds of people, refreshes and re-energizes you, removing all the stresses.

  • Sit near a river and watch the flowing water
    • Watching the flowing water captures and purifies the mind. You will feel like all worries and problems are being washed away by the water, revealing the purity and calmness inside you.

  • Go to a waterfall and listen to the sound of falling water
    • There is something magic about the water in how it can calm and quieten our troubled mind. Sitting with your eyes closed and listening to the sound of falling water, you will realize the magnificence of nature and the insignificance of your own problems.

  • Go to a park or forest and listen to the sounds of nature
    • You will be surprised how many sounds you hear. You will see there is so much activity happening around you. There will be no stress left in you, only wonder about the complexity and diversity of life.

  • Watch the sunset
    • Sunset is one of the most beautiful sceneries one can see. This beauty will capture you so totally, that there is no place for stress or any negative feeling to remain.
