About this Site

 

As a yoga instructor and a computer scientist, I was looking for a long time to join these two talents, and create something that would contain both of them. This site is my first such creation. The idea to create this site came to me during this year's Thanksgiving Holidays when, on the one hand, I felt so grateful for my life so far, and on the other hand, I saw so many people around me going through a very difficult time in their lives. This site was born as an expression of those two feelings, and presents a way to help people handle the stress they experience in their lives -- a skill which is so necessary in current difficult times.
