Welcome to De-stress.us, the site designed to help you get rid of stress in a matter of minutes, in a fun and easy way. Try any of the dozens stress release methods listed below. I used all of them personally - they all work!

I created this site during Thanksgiving holidays, as a way to express my gratitude for all that I have in life. It is a result of putting together my experience of teaching relaxation and stress management programs, and my knowledge of web design. I hope you enjoy using this site as much as I enjoyed creating it.
